


Terms & Conditions (Legal Notice)
By submitting information to, engaging with, or using the services of 'Fund Your IPR' (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“the Owner”, “Applicant”, or “User”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Information Sharing and Confidential Disclosure

All information, documentation, data, and materials provided to 'Fund Your IPR' may be disclosed, shared, or transferred to any current or prospective partners, affiliates, professional advisers, funders, investors, legal representatives, technical assessors, or third-party service providers forming part of the 'Fund Your IPR' partnership ecosystem, strictly for the purposes of evaluation, structuring, funding, protection, enforcement, or commercialisation of intellectual property rights ('IPR Finance Group LTD').

Such sharing may occur within or outside the United Kingdom, subject to applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.

2. Equity Consideration
​​
By engaging on the platform of 'Fund Your IPR', the Owner acknowledges and agrees that any funding, backing, or investment arrangement facilitated by the Company shall be subject to minimum equity considerations, including but not limited to:

A minimum equity allocation of ten per cent (10%) to the relevant backer, investor, or funding party; and

A minimum equity allocation of one per cent (1%) to 'Fund Your IPR', whether directly or via a nominated vehicle, in consideration for origination, structuring, facilitation, and ongoing involvement.

Final equity allocations shall be subject to formal agreement, due diligence, and execution of legally binding documentation.​

3. Accuracy, Truthfulness, and Legal Consequences
​
Applications are accepted only in respect of intellectual property rights that have been formally granted.
​
The Owner warrants, represents, and undertakes that all information, statements, documents, financials, technical disclosures, ownership claims, and representations provided are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading, whether by omission or otherwise.
Any false, misleading, fraudulent, or materially inaccurate information may result in immediate termination of engagement, withdrawal of funding consideration, and may expose the Owner to civil and/or criminal liability, including but not limited to claims for damages, indemnities, and legal costs.
Where permitted by law, such misconduct may also result in the loss, forfeiture, or adverse enforcement action in respect of the intellectual property rights concerned.
All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom.
